About Rachel
Hello everyone,
No, I am not one of those people who has climbed Mt Everest, or one of those people who has made millions of dollars building a successful empire. I am also not someone who has studied about motivation, or how to inspire people. My books, speeches and coaching are just my honest ‘learnings’ on Leadership from over the years.
My career started in Australia, where I grew up, but I now consider myself a 'World Citizen' as I have travelled and lived in various other countries.
My learning came on the job, I learnt the hard way, making many mistakes along the way, I have failed and won, but ultimately, after learning on the job on how to grow myself and my teams around me, and learning from my mistakes, I made myself successful. At the beginning of my career, I became a Leader without any management experience at all. In my career, I have travelled the world, raised my son whilst travelling, working and living overseas and made some good and bad decisions along the way.
I started writing, speaking and coaching to help others who might be making the same mistakes I made over the years, and I hope to save others the heartache of ‘silly’ mistakes when trying to inspire yourself and the teams around you.
