I am prepared to work with a wide variety of clients encompassing diverse backgrounds, beginners to advanced, from students and migrants to business professionals. I have also worked with elementary students at teaching and tutoring levels. My qualifications include a Professional TESOL Certificate and a Bachelor's Degree in Education with specializations in English and English as a Second Language. My professional experience includes eight years as an English teacher in Colombia and twelve years as an ESL teacher in the United States, and now in China where I will be teaching for one year.

About the lesson

National University of Colombia Bachelor in Education in English and English as a Second Language 2001
UNCC Mathematics Seminar (Entertaining with Math CTI Fellowship 2012
Oxford Seminars TESOL, TEFL, TESL Certification 2016

I am very enthusiastic about second language acquisition as I started studying English at age fourteen. My experiences include directly working with Asian, African, European, and Hispanic students. I believe that motivation is the key factor in language learning and all students will learn as long as they are motivated, guided, and encouraged according to their needs.
