About Ashley
I received by BS in Biology and minor in Professional Writing with an emphasis in Science Communications from UCSB in 2019. I have been tutoring science and math since I was 13 years old. I worked as a science educator when living in Sydney, Australia. I also create educational science videos on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

I love using visuals and analogies to relate a subject to the student's interests. I turn a seemingly bleak topic and make it fun and memorable by creating a story around it. I like making science fun and interesting! I am comfortable teaching middle school science, high school science, and intro biology courses for colleges. In addition to basic topics, I also love teaching marine biology and environmental sciences!
