About Zaya
I have 9 years of experience teaching Biology to students preparing for examinations and health or science-related academic pathways. I earned a B.Sc in Biomedical Science, which provided strong grounding in human biology, genetics, and modern life science research. This academic background allows me to teach biology with depth, clarity, and real-world relevance.
My teaching approach is patient, supportive, and focused on understanding rather than memorisation. I enjoy helping learners break down complex processes into simple, connected explanations. I create a learning environment where questions are welcomed and progress feels achievable.
Outside tutoring, I stay engaged with biology through scientific reading, interest in medical discoveries, and exploration of modern biotechnology. Teaching biology is fulfilling because students often transform from uncertainty into confidence. Supporting that growth motivates my work deeply.

Biology becomes far more engaging when students understand it as the study of life’s interconnected systems rather than a subject of isolated facts. In my lessons, I guide learners through cell biology, genetics, physiology, ecology, and evolution using structured explanation and supportive discussion. I focus on helping students see how biological processes connect, so learning feels meaningful and easier to remember. Each session encourages curiosity, clarity, and steady academic progress.
Lessons are adapted to the learner’s level. Beginners build foundations in cell structure, basic organ systems, and essential biological vocabulary. Intermediate learners strengthen understanding of DNA processes, inheritance, respiration, and exam-style short-answer responses. Advanced students focus on deeper physiology, ecological relationships, extended scientific writing, and complex application questions. Practice tasks and feedback are included in every lesson.
Biology lessons help students develop confidence in scientific reasoning and appreciation for the complexity of life.
