He is himself confident enough to teach others... He is really thorough wid each n every concept of the subject he is teaching... He himself makes notes of the topic prior teaching so as to make it easier for the students to understand... He makes sure each concept is clear and the student has no doubt left before moving to next topic. He doesn't rush his lecture so as to complete the chapter quickly... He communicates in the language in which his students are comfortable i.e. Teaching in english as well as translating in hindi.He doesn't get irritated regardless of how many times you ask the same doubt. Lastly he maintains friendly relation his students which makes it easier for the students to communicate and clear theie doubts without fearing or being shy...
