Pushpa's online yoga classes were ideal for a beginner, with a relaxed, invigorating presentation and options for less flexible individuals. The instructor's knowledge of poses and lovely voice made the experience both relaxing and energizing. The class left the mind calm and the body gently stretched, making the user highly recommend her and her courses.

Few months back I enrolled for yoga class sessions with Ms Pushpa, she is highly motivated and passionate about yoga and teaching . Due to busy office hours I had to skip or change timing of classes but she was patient enough to accommodate my timings and she always found time to give the missing classes . Will highly recommend Ms Pushpa Joshi, who ever trying to start the yoga , meditation classes .
