I joined yoga class on December 2025..initially body was very stiff.

I did 7 Surya Namaskar barely..holding breath even for 5-6 seconds was not possible..asana holding far..but within a month I felt a difference in my body. Stamina has increased well now, negative thoughts have reduced, no matter how much workload there is or there is tension, I am positive, full of energy and fresh throughout the day.. yoga has helped me a lot.
