About Deborah
I am a lawyer who is currently in Canada studying criminology.
Portuguese is one of my passions. I have worked hard to develop my vocabulary and skills; which is tricky since Portuguese is such a rich and complicated language.
I have taught vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation to both toddlers and adults.

I believe that people learn in various ways. Because of that, I like to have classes that are focused on grammar and memorization but also day-to-day use and games.
I believe that ludic teaching is very effective. I also like to add discussions and exercises to my classes. The idea is to give the student a great grammar base, but also teach him the idioms and slangs.
