About THASLA
I'm originally from Brazil, I studied Portuguese my entire life all the way to High School in my hometown until I came to the United States to get my degree. I've taught close friends that were interested in learning Portuguese.

My main teaching method is through conversation. I strongly believe that one of the most effective ways of learning a new language is through speaking. My approach as a tutor would be to teach the correct pronunciation of words during a spontaneous interaction with my student.
A classroom should be a comfortable place for students to learn and grow and be inspired to achieve their maximum potential, not just in learning Portuguese, but in all aspects of their lives.
