About Esther
My name is Esther, I'm a Gold Coast based podcaster, coach and founder of the Theta Meditation and Micro Course app.
I am also hyper-creative, I paint, I design, I make meditations, and take professional photos and videos among many other skills.
I have managed to create a life of freedom for myself even with having adhd and being a single parent. If I can do it, you can do it.
I'm also very in tune with myself, the universe and energy- I lean on my intuition to know what you need.
