I am a scientist with experience in microbiological, virological and pharmacological fields on 4 continents over 35 years. I have a broad knowledge of most biological discoplines and have worked from laboratory to boardroom.

My teaching method is to encourage enthusiasm for, and fascination with biological facts and phenomina and their place in our world. My personal heroes are David Attenborough and Steven Hawking who made science inspiring. I use simple examples to delve into deep complexities.
