About Nhlanhla

I am Mr Lekhele NA but I like Mr A. I am a math enthusiast I love solving math problems....

My interests of teaching are:
1. You get to work with young people who see the world differently.
2. You'll have an opportunity to do a job that is influential to young people, whobare thefuture changemakers in our society.
3. You will spend each day in a role that gives you multiple opportunities to challenge yourself, helping you to grow and develop in a myriad of ways.
4. You will have a great deal of responsibility bestowed upon you early in in your career. As soon as you're in front of a classroom, you have immediateresponsibility for individuals who just have one shot at their education between the ages of 5 and 18.
5. You'll have an opportunity to be memorable in the lives of young people, to have them look back in the years to come and remember you as a mentor. We all have those teachers that we remember fondly as being life challenging. What a privileged position to occupy in someone's life.

Why my lessons are so unique...
1. FOCUS ON THE PROCESS, NOT THE ANSWERS
-while grades are important, learners, candidates or students should focus more on the learning process, not simply aim for the answers.
Process-driven learning considers the inherent structure in math equations, often pointing to relationships between numbers.
2. PRACTICE PROBLEM SOLVING
We encourage teens to practice solving problems by applying their math skills to real-world situation.
-For instance, a knowledge of geometry, trigonometry, and physics can help student athletes improve their perfomance. Parents and coaches might encourage students to calculate the trajectory of a ball, estimate the speed of a horse, or determine the distance between fairway markers. Thus, students practice math skills in a real-world setting.

3. COLLABORATE AND GROW
For students to improve their high school math skills, they must learn to collaborate. Frequently, group projects involve at least one math element, requiring team members to work together to find sustainable solution.
-For instance, theater students must collaborate, utilizing math skills to construct a set, likewise, students in anarchitecture class must cooperate with each other, employing mathematics to design and build a model to scale.

FOCUS ON THE PROCESS. PRACTICE AND GROW.
