About Blake
My name is Blake and I love biology!
Maybe it was all those Planet Earth documentaries, or my early obsession over aquariums, or maybe a bit of both. But regardless, it's why I chose to purse higher education in environmental sciences. With nearly a decade of post-secondary education, I hold the credentials listed below. Currently I am employed by the federal government as a biologist.

I do love biology, but there were many times throughout my academics where I was uncertain of my path. I struggled - a lot - to make sense of ideas and concepts, let alone actually applying them to new problems. Science isn't always easy and a big part of that is because we often rely on limited information to make important conclusions. Helping friends, family, colleagues and people like you navigate this complicated reality is what gets me excited!
