About Jack
I’ve spent the last 4 years helping middle school students build strong foundations in algebra. With a BSc in Mathematics for Data Science, I bring both expertise and creativity to my lessons. Many of my students start out nervous about linear equations and polynomial expressions. Step by step, I guide them until the ideas feel simple and logical. I use puzzles and activities that make practice less stressful. Real-life applications are always part of my teaching style. I believe math is easier when it connects to everyday experiences. Every student learns differently, and I make sure to adjust my methods. I’ve worked with visual learners, hands-on learners, and those who need repetition. My approach to teaching Maths is simple, relaxed, and focused on applications. I connect topics to coding logic, algorithm design, and computational processes. Algebra and discrete mathematics become easier when explained with programming analogies. Students practice thinking in steps, just like writing code. I support Architects who enjoy designing solutions and Proof Seekers who crave precision. I guide them in communicating their ideas clearly.
