I am a records management officer in aviation company, i have been giving private tutorials in university as a student assistant. I have a national diploma in Office management and technology obtained from Tshwane University of technology. I am a career and job preparing coach.

After introducing a topic, I first ask learners what is it that they understand about it to hear their views and correct them so that by the time i start explaining we are on the same page. After teaching i allow questions and clarity from them. And ask if they have any difficulties in understanding so that we try another approach. I give a short assignment to assess their understanding.
