About Heather
I am a relationship manager with a known global bank. I have 10 years of operations management experience and have been working in the corporate world for 15 years.
My undergrad degree is in Business Administration with a minor in Interdisciplinary Studies (education). I also have a Master's degree in Business Administration and am currently working on a second Master's degree in Corporate Management.
In my previous management positions, I would manage, coach, mentor and train the employees in our department that were struggling to hit their goals or struggling with the job requirements in general. Majority, about 90%, of these employees would learn to accelerate in their position, often times becoming the top performers and/or moving on to higher positions.
