About Angela
I am a recent Cambridge University graduate with a passion for history and philosophy. I am always on the lookout for new reads and am very happy to supply recommendations to others. I have also recently qualified as a solicitor, and enjoy tutoring on the side to maintain and pass on my interest in history.

I am committed to thoroughly preparing students for the exams, but I believe that the best way to do so is to cultivate a genuine interest in history by getting my students to consider the long and short-term impact of key events, the reliability of sources, and the beliefs and values of the given period. I have prior experience tutoring history at GCSE and IB level, and my particular areas of interest are 20th century dictatorships (especially Stalin), the Cold War, the Roman Empire under the Julio-Claudian dynasty and Tudor England. I am happy to teach all ages.
