About Negin

Hi, I’m Negin Mira
I’m an English and German tutor, and I love helping students turn “I understand it, but I can’t say it” into confident, natural conversation.
I have a BA in English, CELTA and TEFL qualifications, and 12 years of teaching experience. I’ve taught children, teenagers, and adults with many different goals, from building a strong foundation to preparing for exams and communicating more comfortably at work.
Learning a language takes courage, and mistakes are a natural part of the journey. In my lessons, you’ll find a welcoming space where you can ask questions, practice freely, and receive thoughtful guidance. I’ll take your goals seriously, celebrate your progress, and help you see just how much you’re capable of.

About the lesson

Every student has a different reason for learning a language. You might want to speak confidently at work, prepare for an exam, support your studies, or simply enjoy a conversation without searching for every word. My English and German lessons are shaped around *your* goal.
We begin by identifying your level, strengths, and challenges. Each lesson then combines guided conversation with the vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation you need to express yourself more naturally. We practise through situations that matter to you, from everyday conversations to interviews and professional settings. You’ll receive clear feedback, tailored materials, and manageable practice between lessons.
I have 12 years of teaching experience, a BA in English, and CELTA and TEFL qualifications. I work with children, teenagers, and adults, from beginners building their first sentences to advanced learners refining their fluency. My aim is for you to leave every lesson knowing what you’ve learned and feeling more confident using it.
