About Katie
I am a performing arts professional with a diploma in musical theatre. I have worked on two cruise ships as a dancer but also teaching fitness lessons onboard! I love fitness, dance, travel, the beach and reading! I know how hard it can be to keep yourself going as far as fitness is involved, but let me inspire you to become a healthier version of yourself! I have taught dance for around 3/4 years on and off during off periods from the cruise ships and have done gymnastics/acrobatics since a young age. I know how to train dance muscles not just muscles we would build in the gym, and I love doing it in a fun way.
