I seek to inspire others to find simplicity and vitality in life - honour their uniqueness to flourish in mind-body-spirit harmony. I aim to lead with warmth and kindness, helping each student make the most of their practice.

I have been practising yoga since 2020 and offer Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Flows for students of all levels and ages. My classes focus on mindful movement and breath, helping you find ease, connection and vitality. Lessons are typically 40 minutes or so, and I adapt my teaching to suit your experience, goals and needs.
