I am a Software Engineer working as a Technical Manager. It is my passion for Yoga which made me an expert in it. More than keeping this wonderful learning to only myself, I would like to spread it across. Being in the typical 9-5 job, I am aware of the physical and mental stress it puts on oneself. Yoga has been the perfect way to handle it.

A 45 min to 60 min class shall include Asanas practice, along with pranayama and face yoga too. The complete yoga flow would be designed as per students' requirements. It would be a combination of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga. The class is suitable for kids, students, working professionals, and adults too.
