About Alexia
I am an actress and I have been in constant physical training for more than 15 years. Throughout my career I have taken classes in ballet, jazz, yoga, Pilates, physical conditioning, and body awareness. I found barre that combines these disciplines and I fell in love. It is a friendly, fun and very effective technique to train the body

I like to teach the correct postures , a good posture is essential to prevent injuries. Some basic steps and positions of ballet and yoga; and from there I guide the class passing through each muscle group.
Classes last between 50-60 minutes and can be given with or without equipment (weights, balls, garters, gaiters etc)
