About Ana
I promised myself I will become a Bikram yoga teacher after my very first class. I had been practicing other types of yoga beforehand and was pretty confident in my abilities. Nonetheless, my first Bikram yoga class was slighlty challenging but I powered through and felt amazing at the end. I left the room with the feeling of being able to achieve anything I set my mind to. I have now become a teacher to share this amazing yoga practice!

I have been practicing different types of yoga for over 10 years and have recently certified as a Bikram Yoga Teacher.
Bikram yoga is for everybody, even if you are completely new to yoga. I fell in love with the practice after my very first lesson and now here I am, sharing the amazing health benefits (mental and body) of this practice.
All you need is a yoga mat, a towel and some heat!
I teach the original Bikram yoga 90 minute practice, as well as the 60 minute practice.
