About Afiq
Hello! My name is Afiq, and I am an early childhood educator with 4 years of teaching experience. I enjoy working with young children and believe that learning should be fun, engaging, and meaningful. I decided to teach because I love seeing children grow in confidence, especially when they begin to express themselves and enjoy learning new things. I aim to create a safe and encouraging environment where every child feels supported, heard, and motivated to learn at their own pace.

I use a child-centred, play-based teaching approach that incorporates hands-on activities, storytelling, songs, and guided discussions to keep young learners engaged while building their confidence and language skills. Lessons typically last 45 minutes to 1 hour, tailored to the child’s attention span and learning needs. I have 4 years of experience as a full-time early childhood educator, teaching English in preschool settings and supporting children’s holistic development. My lessons are designed for preschool learners aged 3 to 6, including children who are developing their English skills or preparing for primary school.
