In my 15 years of classroom instruction,I have found a Comprehensible Input approach to be the most effective for language acquisition.Through the years, I have honed my Comprehensible Input Based teaching methods, including Teaching Proficiency through Reading and Storytelling and Teaching with Novels, and have developed a multitude of lesson materials that have proven to be effective at engaging middle school French students and at driving their proficiency levels. I aim to make language learning fun. There is no memorization. I strive to create a learning environment that mimics natural language acquisition.
