I am a wellness consultant with MSC Nutrition, Distinction in Yoga, & Healthcare Management. Worked with hospitals as a counsellor and administrator for 15yrs, for past 4 yrs working as a freelancer. I love to work with women of all ages to make them stronger and healthier, so that they can support themselves and the family.
