About Aleese
I am an adventurous, active, optimistic person from Lake Tahoe, CA. I began my yoga and meditation experience through a local studio class as a way of stretching to heal my body after sports, but I came to realize that yoga is so much more than stretching, it is a way of life. I got my ISSA Personal Trainer certification and my Sports Nutritionist certification to help people find balance in their body and my RYT 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training so I can guide people to find balance within themselves - physically, mentally, and spiritually.

My teaching approach begins with understanding and defining the needs of the group or the client I am working with. I believe that everyone is different, so a different approach is required based on previous understanding, learning styles, level of interest in the subject, and the specific interests of the client. Once I understand what they hope to gain from the experience, I tailor my teaching to them to give them that knowledge. As a yoga teacher and personal trainer, I focus on cueing for proper alignment and activation of the muscles while tying the practice to the meditative movement and breath.

Details
Pricing is dependent on group versus private lessons. Group lessons are 15$ per person per hour and privates are 40$ an hour.
