About Elena
I'm a fitness enthusiast with over 10 years of experience. I have a formal teaching education with focus on psychology and methodology, as well as industry certificates in personal training and nutrition. As an athlete, I learned the ropes from some top names in my sport and still have good connections with some of them. My knowledge of nutrition relies on learning the variety of approaches, being up to date on recent discoveries in nutrition science, and putting my knowledge to practice by leading cohorts in fitness challenges, writing helpful content and coaching people 1:1.

My in-person classes are very practical: We decide beforehand what we would like to work on during the session, location (my personal studio, commercial gym, outdoor location, online) and I follow you closely, giving guidance and making sure you work out safely and efficiently.
My online services include coaching, which may include detailed explanations of training techniques and nutritional approaches, practical classes in meal preparation and healthy menu planning, as well as goal-setting sessions that will help you to find your "why"
