About Shalini
I am an IT professional and a Certified Phonics Teacher with a strong passion for early childhood literacy. With structured training in synthetic phonics and hands-on teaching experience, I specialize in helping young learners build a strong foundation in reading, spelling, and pronunciation.
My teaching approach is activity-based, engaging, and child-centered. I use interactive methods, actions, blending exercises, games, and guided worksheets to make learning enjoyable and effective. I focus on developing confident readers by strengthening letter sounds, blending, segmenting, digraphs, and tricky words step by step.
