About Jay
I have been involved in sports and/or coaching for 40 years. I have coached hundreds of young athletes and military with great success - Division I scholarships, US military Academy appointments, junior Olympics, Regional and State champions in various sports, sponsored athletes.

I am an AFAA certified Personal Trainer, with certifications and experience in Cross Training, Nutrition, TRX, HITT (military applications), Wounded Warriors Aquatic Training. I train athletes of all abilities and ages, ranging from Div I athletes, Military (combat and operational training), Seniors, and rehabilitative strength and conditioning for injured and/or disabled persons.
Through my experiences as a HS, College, and post college athlete, coach, and trainer, I understand the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of training and incorporate each into individualized training. Your goals are the focus of each lesson. I know that customer service is just as important to you as it is to me, and I ensure the satisfaction of my clients through feedback, measurable goals, and the ability to remain flexible in training.
There is no "can't". I believe in you, even when you don't believe in yourself.
