Perfect! Lavanya was the best yoga instructor we could have asked for. She was thoughtful and thorough in communicating and planning our class with a detailed outline plan. She was warm and inviting and made sure everyone was following along during our session. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a spiritual and body enriching experience.
