About Madison
Hi I’m Madi, 24, from Brisbane Australia and I’m a certified yoga teacher offering private, group, corporate and event yoga throughout SEQ!
The positive effects yoga has on our physical body (strength, posture + flexibility) as well as our emotional and mental bodies creates a sense of calm, empowerment and wellbeing like nothing else! I also teach meditation and believe there are so many benefits of stilling the body and mind, and simply focussing on the breath and becoming aware of the body.
I am a student of Herbal Medicine, with background in customer service and hospitality. I am a caring, gentle, passionate and hard-working individual. I genuinely care for and love getting to know customers and clients of all walks of life!

I am passionate about traditional yogic lifestyle, with a focus on correct alignment, foundations and breathing techniques. My classes are Hatha based, varying from slow and gentle restorative based, to stronger more powerful flowing Vinyasa style. I fell in love with yoga at a young age and truly believe it can benefit everybody. My practice involves a strong yet soft energy, with a warm, welcoming, absolute no-judgement attitude!
