I m neeraj , certified Yoga instructor from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre.I have been teaching yoga for last 8 years ,both offline and online.
Yoga helps people to connect with their true self or higher spirit and afcourse a good health .I personally have benefited from yoga to find a better health and fullfilledlife .
I love to share the knowledge of yoga to people so that they can also benefit from it.

I have been teaching yoga for last 8 years on regular basis.
My teaching style is inspired from the school of SIVANANDA YOGA which includes a very simple approach to focus on the Breath and Relaxation for better wellbeing and health .
People from all age group from children to senior citizens find comfortable to practise these classes .
