About Shreya

I am an engineer by qualification but I teach Yoga, pranayama and meditation and also take prenatal yoga classes. I take individual as well as group classes.

About the lesson

My teaching method is purely yogic by concentrating on breathing, taking care of every individual and also letting the person know about the benefits and limitations of every asana.
