I attended the teacher training course with the Karam Kriya school in Portugal, under the valuable guidance of the internationally known teacher Shiv Charan Singh. I practiced Karma Yoga in the major European Kundalini Yoga centers and I would be happy and honored to share the knowledge that changed me and improved my life with you

The lessons follow the traditional structure of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. It starts with a short warm-up, continues with a sequence of Asanas (positions), a deep relaxation and a meditation. There are often Mantra in the classes, so you will learn to get in touch with yourself through Naad Yoga, the Yoga of sound. Being a musician graduated in conservatory, the mantras will be vibrated with live music. The sequences of Asana, or Kriya, will be adapted to your personal needs. I am also available for yogic consultations
