About Sindhu

I am a working professional with 10 years of experience in the field of Learning and Development as an Instructional Designer. My love for yoga started at the age of 12. Practicing alongside my family members, I understood how big a role it played in building strong core values, individually and as a family.
I have always valued learning new things, a new language (French), a skill (swimming, mountaineering, rock climbing), crocheting and with this comes the love for sharing what I learned as it helps me learn new things from you.

About the lesson

My teaching is rooted in Patanjali’s eight limbs of yoga, offering a holistic journey through Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation. I strongly believe authentic practice extends beyond the mat, incorporating meaningful dialogue on balanced nutrition and mindful living.

Each session follows an intentional arc: starting with centering, moving into dedicated asana work, building into a dynamic Vinyasa flow, and concluding with Pranayama and the rotation of awareness. Adaptable and inclusive, I offer tailored modifications to support practitioners at every stage. Classes are body-focused yet progressive, thoughtfully balanced across a weekly cycle to target key physical and subtle energetic needs.
