About Taylor
I am a 200 hour certified yoga teacher from Iowa. I currently teach group lessons and online on a platform called Moxie. I obtained my certification in early 2020 and enjoy working with students. I teach vinyasa and yin yoga.

I teach vinyasa and yin yoga classes. In vinyasa, we connect breath to movement as we flow through different postures. These classes focus on the entire body by strengthening and lengthening muscles. Yin yoga moves at a slower pace, where we will hold each posture for longer periods of time.
