I am a Naturopathic student in my final year. Naturopathy is a medicine which focuses on the body's ability to heal itself and yoga is definitely one way of achieving that. I am happy to share my knowledge and experience to help you reach your health goals.

I am offering yoga in hatha, vinyasa, restorative, pranayama (breathing exercises), chakra balancing and meditative styles. Our one hour session will start of with slow awakening exercises and slowly build up to poses which challenge you to help you grow and expand your practice all according to your comfort and ability. Yoga is not meant to be intimidating or hard, we all start from somewhere and I am ready to meet you there!
