CERTIFIED YOGA TEACHER
*I teach Yoga and Meditation.
*Meditation is a vital way to purify the mind, thus rejuvenating the body.
*Meditation can also reduce the areas of anxiety, chronic pain, depression, heart disease and high blood pressure.
*I lead students through 60 minutes sessions.
*That include both standing and seated poses.
*The asanas are the physical exercises of yoga.
*Sequencing is designed to gradually warmup the body, building intensity as the poses progress from simpler to more complex
*Pranayama focuses on one or more of the
following breathing techniques .
*Classes usually end with Savasana, where students lie on their backs on there mat in deep relaxation.
