While I will not make any fee adjustment based on the students level, if the required travel does exceed on account of peak hour travel or if the classes are not cancelled a day prior to the set time and date only a 50% refund shall be made. Fee payment is expected in advance for more hours of tutions. Fees are non negotiable so calls to reduce the rate shall not be entertained.
