I am a classically trained ballet dancer who moved to New York City to pursue a college education. As I complete my university experience, I continue to be passionate about sharing my knowledge and passion for dance with other students, dancers, or beginner ballet students.

I am a classically trained ballet dancer, passionate about imparting the joy of dance with others.
Over the years I have acquired a unique skill set across many fitness disciplines, developing a profound understanding of proper technique, injury recovery and prevention, and training plans.
I specialize in teaching ballet and fitness to teenagers and adults, focusing on proper placement for effective results while sharing the joy of dance and ballet.
A typical lesson consists of a full-body warm-up, a more intense ballet workout segment, and a stretching component. Training plans are adapted to each student based on their sill level and objectives.
