About Nabeela
I am Nabeela Fatima, an MS Clinical Psychology scholar from Faisalabad, Pakistan, with over 4 years of experience in tutoring. My academic background in psychology allows me to understand the learning and emotional needs of students. I focus on building confidence along with language skills, particularly for students who have recently moved from Pakistan and face challenges with essay writing, comprehension, and spoken English. I am known for my punctuality, structured lesson plans, and regular progress feedback to parents. My lessons are conducted online via Zoom/Google Meet with flexible timings according to AEST and include free study materials. My Techniques & Teaching Methodology:
I use a friendly, student-centered approach with a touch of psychology. My method is not just grammar rules. Bilingual Explanation: I explain difficult English concepts in English + Urdu so Pakistani kids understand instantly and never feel shy. Interactive & Fun Learning: No boring lectures. I use stories, games, whiteboard, slides, and real-life examples from Australian school life. As an MS Clinical Psychology student, I use positive reinforcement and confidence-building. I help shy students speak without fear. Result-Oriented: Focus on writing structure, vocabulary building, and exam technique (PEEL structure for essays). Typical Length of a Lesson: Primary Students (Year 5-8): 45 to 60 minutes High School Students (Year 9-12 HSC/VCE): 60 minutes. I also offer 90-minute intensive lessons for NAPLAN/HSC exam prep on weekends. All lessons are on Zoom with free notes and worksheets. My Qualifications & Experience: MS Clinical Psychology (in progress) - University in Faisalabad. 3+ years of experience teaching English to school and college students. I have helped many students improve from C grade to A grade in 3 months. Who Are My Lessons For? Pakistani kids and teens living in Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth) Level: Year 5 to Year 12 (Primary to HSC/VCE/ATAR) Age: 10 to 19 years old.
