Every client is different. What works for one person might not work for another. That's why I start with a comprehensive assessment — symptom patterns, health history, lifestyle factors, and, when appropriate, functional lab testing.
My goal isn't to give you a meal plan to follow forever. It's to teach you how to listen to your body, understand what it needs, and build systems that work for your actual life — not some idealised version of it.
