About Lauren
My name is Lauren and I am a certified Life Coach. I live and breathe this work and enjoy continuously evolving personally and professionally. I am a marathon runner, a retired bodybuilder, and a life enthusiast. I use the gym as a platform for mental growth and a chamber to become a better person. I've been doing this for 6 years officially but I have always been my first client long before I started helping others.
My mission is to promote possibility in others and create the same likeness in my own life. You're not stuck where you land--let me show you how to get unstuck and design a life you love.
