I am an A-Level Pe student, who does sprinting competitively. With my knowledge on performance strategies in learning PE and training as a sprinter, I can pass on valuable techniques to help students with their performance

I approach each technique in its entirety, concentrating on one skill at a time (e.g crouch starts developing into sprint/ block starts) once the skill has been learnt and mastered, overall fitness training will occur, making them the best performer they can possibly be. I completely believe that every session should be fun and the student ensures they go home feeling they have progressed but have enjoyed themselves.
