About Krišjānis
As a teenager I fell in love with training - whether it be running, cycling, or lifting weights. Through much trial and error I have learnt many valuable lessons. And despite the amount of free and available information online I still see so much misinformation about fitness. After having competed in both bodybuilding and powerlifting, as well as having dabbled in a few other sports, I feel that I have useful insights to offer.
I am passionate about helping people reach their goals and make a meaningful difference in how they look and feel.

I start by understanding your background, goals, and limitations/restrictions. Then design a bespoke training plan, walk you through the exercise selection, technique and progression. I can also give recommendation on nutrition and supplementation.
Then we have weekly check-ins where we see how you are progressing and discuss any questions or concerns that might have come up during the week of training. This typically includes form-checks, questions about technique/intensity, minor programme adjustments, mindset questions, diet questions - depending on your specific needs.
Typically onboarding takes 2h, with weekly check-ins lasting 45 min.
I have been a personal coach for a handful of clients for over 2 years now. I've used my personal experience of 12 years in the gym and competing in various sports to help my clients achieve their physique goals in a sustainable way.
Whether you are a gym-rat or a beginner I am open to work with anyone who has aspirations of improving themselves.
