I have been in the IT industry for a while now. I am a polyglot, meaning I know multiple programming languages and systems. .I am known for my patience and understanding and for coaching people for what they are! I always give simple, relatable examples for complex terms; this is easy to understand and remember. I ask gentle questions to test their knowledge and keep going till it is fully understood and proven so. The subject became so easy that my sons took it up for their degrees.
