About Francis
I am currently employed as a federal contractor for the United States Military. I support their training mission, to include: technical support, assistance, and testing software applications. I never taught students but I have taught civilians and soldiers on the job on IT equipment. I have mentored and trained subordinates on projects; provided career development to members. At the moment I am pursing a bachelor's degree in computer science and I am expected to graduate by May 2020.

First, I want to know the individual students personality-type and their learning style. This will help me identify how I should teach the student because every student learns differently. For example, a visual-learn will need more hands on experience to retain the information. I plan to promote self-learning and help students develop critical thinking skills and retain knowledge that leads to self-actualization.
