About Alejandro
I have a master's degree in music for classical guitar performance from the University of Denver at the Lamont School of Music. If classical is not your route, I have experience in flamenco and jazz guitar as well.
I have taught well over 100 students guitar lessons ranging from beginners to advanced and not one of them was dissatisfied with their progress.

Through my experiences teaching music, I have encountered many different
methods of pedagogy. I have tried many of these to aid in my musical instruction
and from them I have derived principles that I use in my teaching today. My own
method involves three ultimate goals that I want my students to achieve from their
instruction. These goals are that the students:
- Continue to seek out new knowledge and understanding in their
particular field of interest
- Do not come to solely rely on others when seeking answers to questions
or problems in their studies
- Proactively use their previous experiences to enrich their craft and their
lives
