I am a post graduate student in the field of Food Science and Nutrition, very passionate about health and food to help people make informed food choices. I have a National Diploma in Consumer Science. I am currently completing my 4th year Advanced Diploma part-time.

My teaching method is very interactive. I approach my sessions using visuals and physical practicals, mainly because it’s easier to remember what the eye sees and images evoke an emotion. This leads to interactions and discussions that can be linked to every day life. I also love to have a look at statistics as they help to highlight economic, political and more importantly social factors
